Daylight Saving Time ends in early November. Unlike with the spring clock change, we will gain a precious extra hour of sleep. Though most of us will see the extra hour of sleep as a gift that weekend, by the middle of the week we will be back to our usual patterns. Thus, the end of Daylight Saving Time is a perfect opportunity to evaluate our sleep habits and make sleep a priority.
