Medical Insurance

CEENTA offers three comprehensive medical plan options through Cigna, giving you the flexibility to choose the coverage that fits your lifestyle:

• Core Plan PPO
• Buy‑Up Plan PPO
• HDHP‑HSA Plan (with Health Savings Account eligibility)

Health Savings Account (HSA)

If you enroll in the HDHP‑HSA plan, you’ll have access to a tax‑advantaged HSA through HSA Bank.

• CEENTA contributes $500 annually to your HSA (paid per pay period)
• Funds roll over each year and belong to you, even if you leave CEENTA
• Once your HSA balance reaches $2,000, you may begin investing

Wellness Incentives

You and your spouse (if covered) can save $110 per month on premiums by completing your annual preventive appointment.

Dental Insurance

Through Delta Dental, employees enjoy:

Employer‑Paid Benefits

• Basic Life and AD&D Insurance
• Short‑Term Disability — 60% of weekly earnings, 14‑day elimination period, up to 24 weeks of benefits
• Long‑Term Disability (LTD)— 60% of monthly earnings, 180-day elimination period, until you reach Social Security Normal Retirement Age

All voluntary plans include a $50 wellness screening reimbursement.

401(k) Retirement Plan
