Biography
Siobhan Groves is a voice and swallowing specialist whose
skills include laryngeal massage, laryngectomy rehabilitation, vocal hygiene
counseling, resonant voice therapy, semi-occluded vocal tract exercises, and
transgender voice work. She is also an LSVT LOUD certified clinician. Ms. Groves earned her bachelor of fine arts degree with
a concentration in musical theater performance from Point Park University. She
earned her pre-graduate certificate in communication disorders from West
Chester University and her master’s degree in communication sciences and
disorders from Emerson College. As a graduate student clinician, Ms. Groves had
placements with the Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary Voice & Speech Lab,
Boston Children’s Hospital Feeding and Swallowing Program, Children’s Speech
and Feeding Therapy, Inc., and Emerson College’s Robbins Speech Language and
Hearing Center.
