CEENTA is proud to announce that the Charlotte Observer has ranked us as a Top Workplace among large companies in the Charlotte area for 2023.
This distinction is based on an employee survey conducted and distributed by Energage to gather feedback from team members about pertinent workplace factors, including job satisfaction, employee incentives, and support infrastructure. Our practice ranked sixth among workplaces with over 500 employees and previously earned this distinction for multiple years from 2015 to 2023. In addition, CEENTA was one of only two physician practices to be listed out of ninety-four overall companies.
