CEENTAcares Golf Tournament Raises More Than $40,000 for My Sister's House

As part of our ongoing efforts to support My Sister's House of Charlotte, CEENTA hosted its annual CEENTAcares Classic Golf Tournament at Olde Sycamore Golf Club on Friday, October 9, 2026.

CEENTAcares, the charitable arm of our practice, was created to raise money for nonprofit organizations that make a difference in the community and align with CEENTA’s healthcare mission. Our 2026 partner, My Sister's House, provides a safe overnight home and comprehensive support services for single, unhoused women in the Charlotte community.

More than $40,000 has been raised so far for the 501(c)(3) organization, including funds from player registrations, sponsorships from local and regional businesses, and fundraising efforts at CEENTA's offices. These opportunities are still ongoing through ticket raffles for the Charlotte Checkers along with denim jeans days and our upcoming CEENTA Fit & Fun Walk.

Nearly 50 players—including several CEENTA physicians —attended the tournament. The winners for 2026 were:

• 1st Place: Andy Foppe (Metrolina Builders), Chris Neal (Selwyn Property Group), Kris Phillips (Seamon Whiteside Industrial), Steve Raposa (Prime Space Capital)
• 2nd Place: Jeremie Woodall (CEENTA), Brian Campagni, Kristina Mears, Kris Thomas (CDW)
• 3rd Place: Segra: Chris Leonard, Carther Metcalf, Jeremy Sigmon, Tommy Haughton

Previous CEENTAcares partnerships include organizations such as Second Harvest Food Bank of Metrolina, The Joe Martin ALS Foundation, Lions Services, The CARE Project, and Philips Academy.
