New CEENTA physicians Young Jae Byun, Sriram Navuluri, and Jeanne Hatcher

CEENTA is pleased to announce the addition of three new ear, nose, and throat physicians to our practice effective September 23, 2025: Young Jae Byun, MD, Sriram Navuluri, MD, and Jeanne Hatcher, MD, FACS.

Dr. Byun is a comprehensive adult and pediatric otolaryngologist with expertise in sinus surgery, salivary gland disorders, tonsil and adenoid surgery, and thyroid surgery. Graduating from Boston College with a degree in biochemistry, Dr. Byun received his medical degree from the University of Central Florida College of Medicine. He later completed his residency in otolaryngology at the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine.

“What particularly attracted me to CEENTA is its long history of being an excellent group focused on comprehensive, quality, and ethical healthcare,” Dr. Byun said. “In addition, Charlotte is a perfect place to be between my family in New York and my significant other’s family in Tampa. My professional background aligns with CEENTA's goals of providing excellent care, and I am excited to join the team.”

Sriram Navuluri, MD, brings fellowship training in rhinology and skull base surgery to the Charlotte area. Dr. Navuluri graduated from the University of Texas and the McGovern Medical School for his undergraduate and medical degrees, respectively. He later completed his residency at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and his fellowship at UT Southwestern Medical Center.

“I am excited to serve the greater Charlotte community by joining the experienced and collaborative team at CEENTA,” Dr. Navuluri said. “I look forward to providing longitudinal patient care and contributing my rhinology and skull base expertise in treating a wide array of sinonasal problems.”

As an otolaryngologist with subspecialty training in laryngology, Dr. Hatcher’s clinical interests include voice, upper airway, and swallowing disorders, airway reconstruction, awake laryngeal procedures, professional voice care, and gender affirming voice care. After graduating from the College of Charleston with a degree in biology, Dr. Hatcher earned her medical degree and completed her otolaryngology residency at Wake Forest School of Medicine. She concluded her fellowship in laryngology at the University of Texas Health Science Center.

“I look forward to expanding voice, airway, and swallowing care in Charlotte and bringing those same crucial services to South Carolina as well,” Dr. Hatcher said.

“As CEENTA grows in the Carolinas, it is important that we continue to bring world-class care to our patients,” CEENTA Interim CEO Greg Parsons, MD, said. “Drs. Byun, Hatcher, and Navuluri are part of that mission, and their respective skills are guaranteed to benefit Charlotte-area patients seeking ear, nose, and throat care.”

Dr. Byun will see patients at our Lancaster and Rock Hill offices, Dr. Navuluri will provide his services in SouthPark, and Dr. Hatcher will see patients at our SouthPark and Fort Mill locations. To make an appointment with these physicians, please call 704-295-3000.
