This distinction is based on a survey sent to companies covering a wide variety of health and wellness factors, such as healthcare coverage, testimonials from employees, and incentive programs. Each company is compared to similar-sized companies nationwide, with those surpassing the national average being featured on the list. As a large employer, CEENTA has over 700 employees across our multiple offices and was ranked 7th in this category.
