CEENTA officially broke ground at our new Mooresville office location on August 3rd, 2022.
This event marked the start of development for an expanded office building for the practice’s Mooresville location, which is currently at 149 Plantation Ridge Drive, Suite 190. The new office will be located at 144 Fountain Place.
Attendees at the event included CEENTA CEO Dr. Jag Gill, Mooresville Mayor Miles Atkins, President of the Mooresville-South Iredell Chamber of Commerce Kirk Ballard, and other distinguished guests.
“We are excited to see our Mooresville office continue to grow with this new freestanding space,” Dr. Gill stated. “Patients in Iredell County and surrounding areas will be able to enjoy the same quality ear, nose, and throat care they’ve come to expect from our current Mooresville office in addition to comprehensive ophthalmology services to suit their needs.”
Bruce Marshman, CEENTA Director of Property Development & Construction, expanded on the benefits of this project. “Our new 12,000 SF freestanding building will provide additional space for our current and upcoming physicians.”
“I came to Mooresville about ten years ago, and I’m excited that our new building will be opening for ear, nose, and throat care,” CEENTA otolaryngologist Roy Lewis, MD, remarked at the ceremony.
Construction of the new Mooresville office building is expected to last approximately seven months following the event. The new location is anticipated to open in early 2023.
