When I was in the Navy, I had a lot of shipmates point out that my vision was bad. Even after leaving the service, I still had a lot of difficulties seeing. I wanted to pursue LASIK, but I was not a candidate for the procedure. I also had holes in my retina that needed to be repaired.

I was referred to Dr. Casey Mathys, and he explained how I could benefit from implantable contact lens. After the procedure, I've been able to see so much better and see far again. The definition of the simplest things like trees and fences are better, and I'm able to see signs again!
