Biography

Dr. Allison Baker is an ophthalmologist and cataract surgeon who specializes in comprehensive ophthalmology and corneal diseases in Fort Mill, SC. Her practice features a wide spectrum of eye conditions and treatments, including corneal diseases such as keratoconus, corneal cross-linking, traditional and laser-assisted cataract surgery, dry eye, and astigmatism.


She received her undergraduate degree in biological sciences from Clemson University and her medical degree from the Medical University of South Carolina. After completing her internship at Brookwood Baptist Hospital, Dr. Baker completed her chief residency in ophthalmology at the University of Alabama at Birmingham and later her fellowship in cornea, external disease, and refractive surgery at the University of Colorado.

In addition, she has conducted thorough research on congenital nasolacrimal duct obstruction, cataract surgery, and retinopathy.
