I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Michael Spicola because I was not receiving appropriate eye care. During my first visit, Dr. Spicola identified that I had progressive cataracts in both eyes, which was missed by the previous eye care office. I appreciated his detailed exam, patience answering my questions, and recommendations based on my vision needs and level of comfort. I cannot thank Dr. Spicola enough for attentive eye care and recommendations, he has truly helped improve my life. Dr. Spicola is a model of patient-centered health care.
I was referred to Dr. Kashyap Kansupada to examine and discuss progressive cataract removal when I was 49. Despite my age, lifetime of relying on corrective vision, and fear of eye surgery, Dr. Kansupada empathetically acknowledged my fears and answered my questions in careful detail. Dr. Kansupada also followed-up with me to immediately solve a problem I was having. Dr. Kansupada's gentle kindness and expertise are a model of appropriate surgical eye care.
