Biography

Marilyn "MariMac" Collins, MD, is a fellowship-trained cornea specialist who practices in Pineville, NC. Her areas of expertise include corneal transplants, refractive eye surgery, traditional and laser-assisted cataract surgery, and routine eye care. 

Graduating from Washington University in St. Louis with a degree in systems science and engineering, Dr. Collins received her medical degree from the University of Mississippi Medical Center School of Medicine. She became chief resident at University of Texas Southwestern and completed her fellowship in cornea, external disease and refractive surgery at Washington University in St. Louis. 

Outside of the office, Dr. Collins enjoys outdoor activities, gardening, swimming, and spending time with her dog Oliver.

Dr. Collins will be providing her services in Pineville (10405 Centrum Parkway, Pineville, NC).
