Biography

Dr. Jeff Stetler is a fellowship-trained cornea specialist who provides eye care services in Charlotte, NC. His areas of expertise include cornea and external disease, corneal transplants, cataract surgery, and refractive eye surgery.


After graduating from Emory University with a degree in biology, Dr. Stetler received his medical degree from UT Southwestern Medical School and completed his internship at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Dallas. He then completed his residency at the University of Missouri – Kansas City, where he served as chief resident. He finished his training with a fellowship in cornea, external disease & refractive surgery at the University of Missouri in Columbia, Missouri. Dr. Stetler is board-certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology.

Outside of the office, Dr. Stetler enjoys golf, disc golf, skiing, and spending time with his wife and two cats.
