Biography

Dr. Garrett Casale is a fellowship-trained neurotologist in the Piedmont Triad. His areas of expertise include neurotology, ear tube surgery, eustachian tube balloon dilation, and skull base surgery. 

Graduating summa cum laude from the University of Georgia with a degree in biochemistry and genetics, Dr. Casale earned his medical degree from the University of Virginia School of Medicine. After completing his residency at the University of Virginia, he finished his fellowship in neurotology/lateral skull base surgery at the Michigan Ear Institute.

Dr. Casale is board certified in otolaryngology by the American Board of Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery.

Outside of the office, Dr. Casale enjoys weight lifting.
