myCEENTAchart is our online patient portal from Epic, designed to make your experience more convenient.
What does myCEENTAchart do?
myCEENTAchart allows you to request appointments online, provides appointment reminders on your computer or phone, and allows you to check in online prior to your appointment. Also, at select locations - SouthPark's first floor, Rock Hill Suite F, and Steele Creek - you can skip the lines at the front desk and check in at an automated kiosk.
Does myCEENTAchart make my appointments smoother?
Absolutely. myCEENTAchart shares your records across our organization. That means if you come for an eye appointment at one of our offices, then go to an ear appointment at a different office, your records are automatically shared within the same application between offices and specialties. This will ensure your CEENTA physicians always have your most up-to-date medical history.
What does myCEENTAchart do for me after my appointment?
The convenience of myCEENTAchart doesn’t end when you leave our office. You can also access test results and email your care team with certain questions you have. You can also pay bills from the convenience of your home.
