Hunter A. Hoover, MD

Biography

Dr. Hunter Hoover is a board-certified otolaryngologist who provides comprehensive medical and surgical treatment of pediatric and adult ENT disorders including fall and spring allergy care in Charlotte, NC. The breadth of his expertise extends from common pediatric ear infections to complex sinus problems, including the removal of pituitary tumors and other brain lesions through the nose with neurosurgeons. He lectures frequently to healthcare professionals and has been formally recognized for his commitment to teaching others. He has published multiple articles in medical journals, including on ear infections and allergies. His peers have consistently voted him a Top Doctor in Charlotte and North Carolina. He went to UNC on a Morehead scholarship and remains an avid Tar Heel fan. His thirst for knowledge and passion for teaching includes leading men’s Bible studies in his church and neighborhood.
