Camp CARE
CEENTACares has partnered with Camp CARE (Cancer Ain’t Really the End). Our goal is to help provide campers, through financial support, a chance to get away from the realities of living with cancer and a chance to share their thoughts with other children like themselves.

Camp CARE – 2011
CEENTACares has partnered with Camp CARE (Cancer Ain’t Really the End). Camp CARE is committed to providing a camp, and other year round activities for children, ages 3-17, who have or have had cancer, and their families in the Charlotte-Metrolina area. Our goal is to help provide campers, through financial support, a chance to get away from the realities of living with cancer and a chance to share their thoughts with other children like themselves. We raised money for Camp CARE through the CEENTACares Classic Golf Tournament, which was held on May 14, 2011.
Camp CARE (Cancer Ain’t Really the End) was formed in 1985 by a group of healthcare professionals. Staffed entirely by volunteers and funded by donations, they provide over 150 campers each year with a normal camping experience. A chance to get away from the realities of living with cancer. A chance to share their thoughts with other children like themselves. For more information on Camp CARE, visit their website at www.CampCARE.org.
