Charlotte Eye Ear Nose Throat Associates participates with most major insurance plans. Please bring your insurance card to each visit.  We accept cash, checks and all major credit cards for copayments, co-insurance, deductibles and any non-covered services.  Copayments are a requirement by your insurance plan and are to be paid at check-out following each visit; if your copayment is not paid, then there will be a service charge added to your visit for billing of your copayment.
