After hour calls should be limited to emergencies.  If you feel your situation is a life threatening emergency, please dial 911 or visit the nearest emergency center.  A Charlotte Eye Ear Nose & Throat Associates physician is on-call 24 hours a day.  We also have a nurse available during the evening and weekend hours to assist you.
